IBM’s Blue Studio sought to optimize IBM’s product demo approach. Our objective was to improve these demos based on research and insights. Through analysis, we pinpointed areas for enhancement: distribution organization, UI emphasis, and storytelling. We devised a distribution strategy tailored to user journeys and business needs by leveraging IBM's branding guidelines. In addition to standardising where the demo could be found, a survey on the landing page was introduced to personalise the journey with product recommendations. Additionally, we crafted a demo template integrating UI elements and client narratives.
