“About a Girl” is a poignant dark comedy short film depicting a struggling writer’s transformative encounter with a mysterious girl from a mental institution. Our goal was to create a compelling brand identity and promotional materials. Drawing inspiration from director Luca Whitaker’s insights, we crafted an identity blending serif and sans-serif typefaces and a color palette reminiscent of the French New Wave, capturing the film’s emotional depth.
